All pieces are made to order. Ship times are approximatly 4-6 weeks.
We ship with USPS Priority Mail from Lakeland Florida. If the shipping cost is less than what you were charged, you will receive a refund of the difference.
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Returns:
All sales are final. If you feel like your item is defective, please contact SwanCityCeramics@gmail.com within 72 hours in order to discuss an exchange. Please remember that each item you receive from us is individually handmade, and can have slight variations from the listed photo.

Damages:
We provide insurance on our packages for the value you paid. If any items arrive damaged, contact SwanCityCeramics@gmail.com within 72 hours. Photos of the box and contents as well as return of goods may be requested.
